Metrics wins two Australian Wealth Management Awards 2024
Metrics has been named the winner of the Best Alternative Asset Manager and the Best Real Estate Asset Manager (Listed and Unlisted) at the Australian Wealth Management Awards 2024 in Sydney last night.
The Australian Wealth Management Awards celebrate the best in the industry, showcasing the nation’s leading wealth management professionals and businesses while affirming the sector’s essential role in supporting the expansion of the economy.
Metrics Managing Partner, Andrew Lockhart said Metrics was pleased with the result, “We would like to thank Momentum Media for this prestigious award which recognises the efforts of our whole team”
The winners were chosen across a breadth of wealth management, investment, super fund, and SMSF product and service provider categories.
Metrics win for the Best Alternative Asset Manager was based on the Metrics Income Opportunities Trust (ASX:MOT) which seeks to provide investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of private credit investments in a listed format, and the MCP Credit Trust which seeks to deliver investors attractive risk-adjusted returns with the potential for capital gains while retaining a focus on active risk management and downside capital preservation.
The funds nominated for the Best Real Estate Asset Manager (Listed and Unlisted) category were the MCP Real Estate Debt Fund, which offers investors direct exposure to loans to Australian commercial real estate borrowers, and the Metrics Real Estate Partners Fund I which holds a diversified portfolio of direct real estate assets.
Mr Lockhart concluded, “This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our team. We couldn’t have achieved this without the trust and support of our clients and partners. Thank you for your ongoing collaboration and trust in Metrics.”
