Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Directors
Metrics Credit Holdings (‘Metrics’ or ‘the Company’), the parent company of Metrics Credit Partners, is pleased to announce the appointment of two experienced business leaders, Ms. Lisa Davis and Mr. Peter McCluskey as Independent Non-Executive Directors to the Board.
Both Mr. McCluskey and Ms. Davis will join the Board’s Audit & Compliance Committee, further strengthening Metrics’ governance, oversight and risk management capabilities.
About Lisa Davis
Ms Davis is an accomplished Non-Executive Director, senior executive and business leader with more than 15 years’ board-level experience across financial services, technology, retail, manufacturing, insurance, government, utilities, and aviation.
She is currently Non-Executive Chair of Yabbr and served as a Non-Executive Director at the Australian Retail Credit Association. Ms Davis’s executive career includes senior leadership roles at Apollo Management Advisory, Equifax, Bank of Queensland, GE Capital, Goodyear and Australia Post, with a strong track record in business strategy, technology transformation, operational excellence and regulatory governance.
Ms Davis holds a Bachelor of Business and Accounting (Hons) and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
About Peter McCluskey
Mr McCluskey is a highly experienced professional services leader with more than 35 years’ experience in financial advisory, insolvency and corporate restructuring. He has advised boards, executive teams, financiers, regulators and governments on complex corporate matters, and has extensive experience managing diverse stakeholder agendas in high-profile assignments.
He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Pointsbet Holdings Limited (ASX: PBH). Mr McCluskey’s previous leadership roles include Managing Partner of Ferrier Hodgson (Melbourne) and Special Adviser at KPMG.
Mr McCluskey holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association.
