This notice applies to the collection by Metrics Credit Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 27 150 646 996) (“Metrics“, “we“, ”our” or “us“) of information about you when you visit its website at www.metrics.com.au.
When you visit this website, Metrics collects personal information about you where you provide it, such as by submitting an online query or signing up to receive updates such as newsletters and insights from us or from the fund distributor, Pinnacle Investment Management Limited (“Pinnacle”). If you do not provide or Metrics cannot otherwise collect all the information we request or need, we may not be able to respond to your query.
Metrics collects your information to respond to your query or request, to contact you and to manage our website and its use by you. We may otherwise use and disclose your personal information for the purposes explained in our Privacy Policy.

When you submit a query via our website or general telephone number, these communications are received directly and managed by, Pinnacle Investment Management Limited (Pinnacle). Automatic collection of data via Metrics and third party websites
Metrics collects statistics about the use of our website to help make the site more usable. We do this using software techniques such as cookies, web beacons and clickstream data, (which are described in more detail below). While this information monitors users, Metrics does not use them to identify individual users of the Metrics website.

Web beacons
A web beacon is an image used to monitor the behaviour of visitors to Metrics’ website. The Metrics website uses web beacons to collect clickstream data.
Clickstream data
Clickstream data refers to visitor logs and statistics that provide useful information about users’ online experience without identifying individuals. Typical clickstream data collected includes:
- A visitor’s computer address (i.e. Internet Protocol (IP) address) and relevant domains
- Times and dates of site visits
- Pages accessed (including most visited and least visited) and files downloaded

Metrics website uses clickstream data purely for statistical purposes (such as the most popular searches and the times).
