OVERVIEW

Our listed funds provide investors easy access to Australian private debt that can be traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Units in the Metrics Master Income Trust (ASX:MXT) and the Metrics Income Opportunities Trust (ASX:MOT) and Unit Sets1 in the Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund (ASX:MRE) are listed on the ASX and can be bought or sold at any time via a broker or online trading account. All funds are actively managed and seek to provide investors with attractive risk-adjusted returns, capital preservation and monthly income distributions.

1 The Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund is a stapled structure consisting of the Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Passive Trust (Passive Trust) and the Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Active Trust (Active Trust). A Unit Set consists of one Unit in the Active Trust and one Unit in the Passive Trust.

MXT

Metrics Master Income Trust
The Metrics Master Income Trust gives investors direct exposure to the Australian corporate loan market. MXT targets a return of the RBA cash rate plus 3.25% p.a. (net of fees)* through the economic cycle, with income distributions intended to be paid monthly.

Metrics Income Opportunities Trust
Metrics Income Opportunities Trust provides investors unique access to a portfolio of private credit investments. MOT targets a cash yield of 7% p.a. which is intended to be paid monthly with a total target return of 8% p.a. to 10% p.a. (net of fees).*

MRE

Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund
Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund (Fund) provides investors the opportunity to obtain broad exposure to commercial real estate (CRE) investments. MRE targets a total return of 10-12% p.a. (net of all costs) through the economic cycle.*
